Some offerings are digital and delivered instantly; others are in-person or shipped products.

Purchases and Payment

When purchasing any item or booking a service or event, you agree that:

  • You enter a legally binding agreement when your complete payment.

  • All prices listed are in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and may be subject to applicable taxes and transaction fees.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing and correct errors at any time.

 

Recurring payments for subscriptions or courses will be charged to your payment method as agreed upon at checkout.

Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

Services & Sessions

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.

 

Events, Workshops & Courses

​

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for missed attendance or cancellations.

  • If we cancel an event or course, you will receive a full refund or credit.

  • Certain courses may have their own cancellation terms, please refer to course details.

 

Products

​

  • Unopened, undamaged physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Digital products (e.g., meditations, recordings, PDF workbooks) are non-refundable once accessed.

  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.

Changes to Offerings

We may, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of our website, services, or products without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.
