Service & Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing The Energy Alchemist as part of your healing journey. Please take a moment to review the following service policies, designed to honour your time, our energy, and the shared sacred space we co-create.
Appointments & Scheduling
All healing services, meditations, workshops, and events are available by appointment only. Sessions are held in a safe, confidential, and energetically grounded environment.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your session, workshop, or event.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

No-shows will lose their initial deposit.

Payment must be received before booking any future appointments.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete any necessary intake or waiver forms.
Late Arrivals
To respect everyone’s time:

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no adjustment in fee.
Health & Illness Policy
If you are feeling unwell, including symptoms of cold, flu, or other contagious conditions, please reschedule your session as soon as possible.

The cancellation fee may be waived with a valid doctor’s note if notice is given within the 48-hour window.
Inclement Weather
In the event of severe weather conditions, The Energy Alchemist Team may choose to cancel sessions for everyone’s safety.
You will be contacted directly if your appointment, workshop, or event needs to be rescheduled due to weather.
Professional Boundaries
We maintain the highest standards of integrity and safety in all services.

Sexual advances, solicitation, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Aggressive, vulgar, or disrespectful language or behavior toward The Energy Alchemist Team or other participants will also result in a ban from future sessions.
Parental Consent & Presence
Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their session.
Payment & Financial Responsibility

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged in advance for all sessions.

If booking by phone, an email invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to your appointment.

All service prices are subject to Ontario HST (13%), added at checkout.
