Service Description
Nurturing Wellness from the Inside Out (Ages 5–12) Designed with growing bodies and curious minds in mind, this session supports children with gentle, family-centered nutritional guidance. We address physical wellness, emotional behaviors around food, and how to build healthy, joyful habits early in life, all with kindness and age-appropriate suggestions. Includes: Parent/guardian intake & collaboration Focus on energy, immunity, mood, and digestion Child-friendly food ideas and routines Holistic support for sensitivities or pickiness Note: Child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during all sessions. Cancellation Policy
Service & Booking Policy Sacred care begins with clear understanding. Thank you for choosing The Energy Alchemist as part of your healing journey. Please take a moment to review these service policies, designed to honour your time, energy, and our shared sacred space. Appointments & Scheduling All services, meditations, workshops, and events are by appointment only. Sessions are held in a safe, confidential, and energetically grounded environment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any intake or waiver forms. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full. • No-shows will forfeit their deposit. • Payment must be received before booking future sessions. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. • Late arrivals may result in a shorter session with no fee adjustment. Health & Illness If you are feeling unwell (cold, flu, etc.), please reschedule as soon as possible. • Cancellation fees may be waived with a doctor’s note if within the 48-hour window. Inclement Weather In severe weather, sessions may be canceled for safety. • You will be contacted if your session, event, or workshop is rescheduled. Professional Boundaries We maintain the highest integrity and safety standards. • Any sexual misconduct, aggression, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate dismissal and may be reported. • Disrespectful language or conduct will result in a ban from future sessions. Youth Sessions Clients under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session. Payments • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. • Phone bookings will receive an invoice, payable before your session. • All services are subject to 13% HST (Ontario).
